The legend is alive! Royal Enfield, the iconic motorcycle brand, has long since proven that classic design and modern technology can exist in harmony.

For those with a love and appreciation for the historical, we give you the unique opportunity to ride our most popular tour of South Africa on these unique bikes. The route is largely based on the Cape Conquest Tour, which we have adapted in order fit to the riding style of the noble Enfield.

The Cape Peninsula, the beautiful Whale Coast Route 44,  Cape Agulhas, the famed Route 62 through the Little Karoo, & the majestic Meiringspoort all feature on this tour. We also spend a night in a luxury tented game lodge enjoying the unparalleled starlit southern sky at night whilst being treated to a sundowners game drive and more… feeding the African Elephants anyone!!!

We’ll ride into the Great Karoo where you will step back in time and experience authentic Karoo hospitality in a quaint hamlet, your Enfield will feel right at homer.

A rest day is spent in Storms River on the ‘Garden Route’ where the Tsitsikamma Forest & Storm River Mouth take centre stage. A ride along the ‘Garden Route’ via Natures Valley will allow for more stunning mountain pass riding as we head back into the Little Karoo with yet another authentic experience, an overnight on Route 62. We will meander our way back to Cape Town via several stunning passes.

Most of the tour will be tar-based, but there are some excellent gravel roads too, these are always optional.

The tour will start and end in Cape Town, where we highly recommend you stay on for a day or two exploring the city and its surroundings, should you have the time.
